Rick Grindrod (AREA Contractor) tried to visit the site in 2014. Doug met Rick in a coffee shop in Invermere said that he did not own the vehicles on the site and would not take Rick to the site. Clearly he was lying to Rick.
No inspection or site visit was possible.
