Serge in Abbotsford
Serge used to operate out of an old chicken coop on Gladwin Road in Abbotsford. Bylaw shut him down in early 2014 and he has moved to a new unknown location in the lower mainland. This guy only sells on Craigs List – he should be reported to Revenue Canada as well for not collecting
